Paying For Your Appointment
We have made every effort to make your dental needs accessible and affordable. Payment on the day of your appointment is expected.
Payment plans are available, to be approved prior to having treatment.
Health Insurance
We accept all health insurance cards. Our HICAPS terminal makes your on-the-spot claims easy! We will automatically claim from your health insurance after your appointment by swiping your card. Any gap payments must be paid on the day unless otherwise agreed.
Dept of Veteran's Affairs
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) will fund all dental services, provided under DVA arrangements, necessary to meet a clinical need for Gold Card holders. For White Card holders, dental treatment can only be provided in relation to your accepted disabilities. If unsure please call DVA prior to your appointment.

Medicare Child Dental Benefits
Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme allows children from the age of 2 – 17 years dold to claim $1,026 over 2 calendar years for a range of dental services provided by a private clinic. It’s aimed at families who are already receiving other benefits, such as Family Tax Benefit A payments. To check if your child is eligbile, log into MyGov, call 132 307, or ask us to check for you.
Health Care & Pension Concession Cards
Due to ending the Country Patient Dental Subsidy in our private clinic, we are happy to offer a 15% discount on dental treatment to those who wish to go under the private system. Please present your valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card at your appointment.
